Union Consulting — affectionately and aptly known as Un-Con — is a group of nonprofit professionals with deep experience running, supporting, representing, challenging and bringing forward nonprofit organizations. We are artists and arts administrators with experience ranging from fundraising to political organizing to event-planning to executive coaching. We formed Un-Con together because we all feel that nonprofits need a different kind of support — from professionals who see the nonprofit world as it could be.

We truly believe that nonprofits as generative forces for good in the world, too often held back by lack of physical and financial resources, as well as the ever-changing criteria put forward by supporters.
